Rice Extract Enzyme Scrub
A gentle enzyme polish, not a gritty scrub. Fermented rice extract sloughs the day off, papain enzyme dissolves the glue holding dead skin cells in place, and 3% niacinamide brightens as you cleanse. Designed for Indian skin already over-stripped by sun and acids — gives the glass-skin effect without the burn.
"I've watched my mother and aunts scrub their skin with apricot kernel scrubs for years — and walk away with broken capillaries to show for it. Rice Reset is the version I wish they'd had: the slough without the scratch."

Inside the formula
How it works on Indian skin
The Korean skincare secret. Naturally rich in amino acids and ferulic acid — brightens dullness, gently exfoliates via natural enzymes, and hydrates while it polishes.
Derived from green papaya. Dissolves the protein bonds between dead skin cells so they slough off in seconds — no scrub motion needed.
The most studied brightening molecule in dermatology. Fades dark spots, evens tone, and reinforces the skin barrier so post-scrub skin doesn't feel raw.
Made for these concerns
Why you'll keep using it
- Visible glow in the first wash — 60 seconds to a brighter complexion
- Zero microtears — safe for sensitised, post-acid, post-retinol skin
- Use 2× weekly without thinning your barrier
- Makeup applies smoother the next morning
- Works with melasma-prone Indian skin (no scrubbing = no PIH)
How to use
- Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, damp skin (PM, Sunday-night ritual)
- Massage in slow circles for 60 seconds — you'll feel the rice particles dissolve
- Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry
- Follow with Collagen Toner Pads + Skin Reboot Sleeping Mask
- 2× weekly maximum. Don't combine same day as retinol or strong acids.
What real customers say

Most asked
Will this scrub make me break out?
No — this is an enzyme polish, not a physical scrub. There are no abrasive beads, no microtears, and no PIH risk. Tested for daily-safe sensitivity; the recommended 2× weekly is for results, not safety.
Can I use this with retinol or vitamin C?
Not on the same night. Use on a different evening than your active serums. The exfoliation is enough on its own — stacking with retinol/strong acids the same day can over-strip.
Will it help my pigmentation?
Yes, gradually. The 3% niacinamide + papain combo reduces post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) over 4-8 weeks. For deeper melasma, this is a supporting product — pair with a dedicated brightening serum.
Is it pregnancy-safe?
Yes. Free of retinol, salicylic acid above 0.5%, and other restricted ingredients. Always check with your OB-GYN for your specific case.
How long does one tube last?
100ml lasts roughly 4 months at 2× weekly use (32 washes). One of the best per-use values in the K-enzyme category.
What's the difference vs Beauty of Joseon's Apricot Peeling Gel?
Same gentle-polish category. We use fermented rice extract (not apricot fibres), niacinamide at 3% (BoJ doesn't include niacinamide), and skip the alcohol-base they use. Lighter on Indian skin, better tone-correction.
