Refund Policy
14-day return window
If a product doesn't work for your skin, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We refund to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
How to return
- Email hello@yuriskincare.com with your order ID and reason
- We'll schedule a free pickup from your address
- Refund processed within 7 working days of pickup
Damaged or wrong item
Report damaged or wrong-item deliveries within 48 hours of delivery (with a photo) and we'll replace it at our cost. No questions asked.
Concept-stage caveat
Some products on this site are concept-stage pre-orders. If we determine a concept won't be manufactured, you'll be refunded automatically without action on your part.
